Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 12, 2017, to Jan. 11, 2020. Signed on Jan. 12, 2017.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Jan. 12, 2017: 2%
Effective Jan. 12, 2018: 1.75%
Effective Jan. 12, 2019: 1.75%
Shift premium: $0.50 per hour for hours worked on afternoon shift. $0.65 per hour for hours worked on night shift. $1 per hour for employee working in one of 7 labourer positions in paint line.
Paid holidays: 14 days, including 3 floating holidays during Christmas shutdown.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 10 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 18 years, 6 weeks or 12% after 25 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, all work on Saturday, all work in 24 hours other than regular shift. Double time for all work on Sunday, all work in excess of 12 consecutive hours.
Meal allowance: $12.50 (previously $10.50 per hour) and 10-minute rest period if employee works 10 consecutive hours or more.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Employee contributes $10 per week for single coverage, $20 per week for family coverage to drug and dental benefits. 
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums for No. 9 dental plan. Maximum coverage: $1,300 per person per year (previously $1,200 per person per year). Effective Jan. 12, 2019: $1,400 per person per year. 
Vision: Employer pays 100% of premiums for $320 every 2 years (previously $295 every 2 years) which may used for eye examinations or glasses.
STD: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 66 2/3% of straight-time hourly earnings.
LTD: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 66 2/3% of straight-time hourly earnings, maximum $2,000 per month. 
AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of $47,000. 
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of $47,000.
Pension: Canada-Wide Industrial Pension Plan. Employer contributes $1.32 per hour (previously $1.22 per hour), employee contributes $0.55 per hour (previously $0.50 per hour). Effective Jan. 12, 2019: Employer contributes $1.42 per hour, employee contributes $0.60 per hour.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (mother, father, brother, sister, spouse, son, daughter, mother-in-law, father-in-law). 2 days for death of grandparents, grandchildren, stepparents. 1 day for death of foster-parents, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law. In event of  death of member of immediate family when employee cannot attend funeral outside of Ontario, employer will grant 2 days compassionate leave with pay at time of funeral.
Seniority – recall rights: 18 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay at straight-time rates. 
Probationary period: 600 hours worked; 900 hours for maintenance employees and die correctors. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months for warnings, 18 months for suspensions, demotions.
Safety shoes: Employer will pay 100% of cost of 1 pair of safety boots selected from list approved by joint health and safety committee. Second pair of boots per year will be provided on as-needed basis determined by co-chairs of joint health and safety committee. 
Tool allowance: Employer will replace, at equal value, tools that are broken or worn in course of maintenance department work.

Editor’s notes: Canadian citizenship: Employer will provide 16-hour paid leave of absence to employees who wish to take Canadian citizenship test. Truck drivers: On return trip to Montreal, drivers will be given $255 to cover wages, meals and overnight accommodation. For each additional delivery in Montreal area, employer will pay extra $21.
