Renewal agreement: Effective May 1, 2016, to April 30, 2019. Signed on Nov. 10, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective fiscal 2016: 1.4%
Effective fiscal 2017: 1.4%
Effective fiscal 2018: 1.4%
Shift premium: $2.50 per hour for employees holding PLC/electronic certifications or equivalency. $1.25 per hour for lead hands.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 1 day for every 208 hours worked to start, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 4 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 18 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked after regular time. 
Meal allowance: $7.50 for working 2 hours after end of shift. 
Vision: $175 every two years.
Sick leave: Maximum 56 hours per year. 100% payout at end of year will be given provided employee hasn’t received a written warning about attendance.
Pension: Teamsters' Pension Plan: Employer contributes 8% per hour, maximum 173 hours per month for workers earning $24 per hour or less. Employer contributes 7% per hour, maximum 173 hours per month for workers earning $24 per hour or more. 
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, parents, child, brother, sister, grandparents, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandparents-in-law, stepmother, stepfather, stepsister, stepbrother). 1 day if not attending a funeral.
Seniority – recall rights: 9 months. 
Probationary period: 120 days. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months.
Severance: 1 week for each year of service.
Safety shoes: $110 per year, or $220 every 2 years.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide laundered uniforms and aprons.
Sample rates of hourly pay (current, after 4.25% increase):
Electrician: $36.86 rising 3 steps to $38.43
Millwright: $34.94 rising 3 steps to $36.43
Maintenance/boiler op: $32.01 rising 3 steps to $33.37
Chief engineer: $33.28 rising 3 steps to $34.70
Membrane/dryer operator: $30.08 rising 3 steps to $31.36
Membrane/dryer operator relief: $27.14 rising 3 steps to $28.30
Milk receivers/group 3: $26.43 rising 3 steps to $27.56
Group 4: $24.40 rising 3 steps to $25.44
Editor’s notes: First-aid training: Employer will pay for costs of training and ensure trained employees are stationed in the plant. Licence pay: Company will pay for milk receiver’s or pasteurizer’s licence and any necessary upgrades to maintain the licence.
