Renewal agreement: Effective March 13, 2016, to March 16, 2019. Ratified on May 19, 2016. Signed on Aug. 30, 2016.
Shift premium: $1.50 per hour for all time worked between 6 p.m. and 8 a.m. Minimum 2 hours’ double time for work on bridge, tower, fixture or in mine where employee is at least 85 feet above or below ground, travelled way or road bed. 5% extra when in charge of 2 or more employees. 3% extra when training other employees. $1.25 per hour for service assistant in charge of 2 or more operators. $5 per hour for service representatives and clerical support in retail stores working on Sunday.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 3 weeks after 1 year, 4 weeks after 8 years, 5 weeks after 15 years, 6 weeks after 25 years. 
Overtime: Double time for all work after 37.5 hours per week.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums for Public Employees Dental Plan.
Sick leave: 12 days per year. 
AD&D: Coverage of $50,000.
Life insurance: Minimum coverage of $25,000, maximum $500,000.
Pension: Saskatchewan Telecommunications Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of spouse, common-law spouse, child, mother, father, sister, brother, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, relative who resides in employee’s household. 2 days for death of sister-in-law, brother-in-law, daughter-in-law, son-in-law. 1 day to attend funeral of close friend, working associate or relative not covered above. 2 additional days for travel in excess of 400 kilometres 1 way or outside of province.
Seniority – recall rights: 2 years. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours’ pay at overtime rate.
Probationary period: 1 year. 
Safety shoes: $175 per year, maximum $350 every 2 years. 
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will supply craft employees 1 pair of summer coveralls, 1 pair of winter coveralls, 1 pair of lineman’s gloves, replaced when required.
