Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2017, to Dec. 31, 2019. Signed on Aug. 29, 2017. 
Shift premium: $0.50 for each hour worked past 6 p.m.
Paid holidays: 10 days, plus 1 day off for employee’s birthday, 1 day off for Remembrance Day. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 8 years, 5 weeks after 15 years, 6 weeks after 22 years, 7 weeks after 25 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for work after 37.5 hours per week. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums for Ontario Health Insurance Plan.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums for plan equivalent to Blue Cross Plan No. 9. Orthodontic coverage, lifetime maximum of $2,000 per insured, 50% co-payment basis.
Vision: Employer pays 100% of premiums. $150 every 24 months, including 1 eye exam.
Paramedical: $400 per year per insured for physiotherapy. Maximum $500 combined per year per insured for chiropractor, registered massage therapist, chiropodist.
Sick leave: 3 days during probationary period, 7 days after 1 year, 10 days after 5 years, 12 days after 10 years, 14 days after 10 years. 
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of twice employee’s expected earnings.
Pension: Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 4 days for death in immediate family (father, mother, brother, sister, spouse, child, stepchild, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, guardian, grandparents, stepparent, grandchildren, stepgrandchildren).
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year. 
Probationary period: 900 hours worked. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months.
Uniforms/clothing: Where employer requires employee to be in uniform, it will be supplied by employer. At discretion of employer, employee may be required to supply own uniform. In this event, employee will be reimbursed, maximum $100 per year.
