Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 6, 2016, to Jan. 5, 2020. Signed on May 24, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective May 2016: 2%
Effective May 2017: 2%
Effective June 2018: 2%
Shift premium: $1 per hour between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m.
Paid holidays: 10 days. 1 floater day. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% to start, 3 weeks or 6% after 2 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 8 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 15 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half above regularly scheduled hours. Time and one-half for work on a holiday.
Meal allowance: Company will provide meal for employees held over more than 2 hours or called in to work more than 2 hours without 4 hours’ notice. An employee will qualify for meals if the holdover or call-in is for 6 hours, a second meal will be provided. 
Medical benefits: Part-time employees eligible for benefits once they have completed 90 shifts.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (mother, father, wife, husband, son, daughter, brother, sister). 3 days for death in extended family (mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, grandparents, grandchildren). 1 day for death of aunt uncle, or spouse’s grandparents. 1 day without pay (or vacation or banked overtime) for funeral more than 300 kilometres away.
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours.
Probationary period: 90 shifts.
Uniforms/clothing: Employees will be supplied with Nomex coveralls, winter coats, bellaclavas and a winter bib.
Mileage: SGS mileage reimbursement rate.
Sample rates of pay (current): 
(after probationary period, 18 months, 36 months)
Loader: $20.40, $21.42, $23.46, $25
Lead hand: $25.50, $27.68, $30.09, $32.64.
Training coordinator: $25.50, $27.68, $30.09, $32.64
Editor’s notes: Banked time: Overtime hours may be banked for time off, maximum 40 hours at any one time.
