Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2019, to Dec. 31, 2021. Ratified on Dec. 11, 2018. Signed on Jan. 31, 2019.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Jan. 1, 2019: $0.60 per hour
Effective Jan. 1, 2020: $0.60 per hour
Effective Jan. 1, 2021: $0.55 per hour
Paid holidays: 13 days. 
Vacations with pay: 15 days after 1 year, 20 days after 6 years, 25 days after 11 years, 30 days after 17 years, 35 days after 30 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 30 or 37.5 hours for 5 consecutive days. May be taken as time off in lieu; must be taken in 3-month cycles. Any unused time will be paid out as of Dec. 31. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 90% of premiums, employee pays 10% of premiums. $500 per year per employee for health spending account that adheres to Canada Customs and Revenue Agency requirements. Effective Jan. 1, 2021: $600 per year.
Dental: Employer pays 90% of premiums, employee pays 10% of premiums.
Vision: Employer pays 90% of premiums, employee pays 10% of premiums for flat benefit of $500.
Sick leave: 2 days per month, may be accumulated, maximum 65 days (employees hired before Jan. 1, 1985, who have more than 65 days entitlement will maintain level of entitlement until absences due to sickness reduce it to 65 days.). Upon retirement employee will receive payment for 100% of unused portion of sick leave.
LTD: Employer pays 90% of premiums, employee pays 10% of premiums. 
AD&D: Employer pays 90% of premiums, employee pays 10% of premiums.
Life insurance: Employer pays 90% of premiums, employee pays 10% of premiums.
Pension: Local Authorities Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of parent, spouse, common-law spouse, brother, sister, child, mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchild, grandparent, spouse’s grandparent. 1 day for death of aunt, uncle, niece, nephew, any relative residing in same home. 2 additional days for travel time. 
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year. 
Call-in pay: Minimum of 3 hours at time and one-half basic hourly rate.
Probationary period: 3 continuous months. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months.
