Wage adjustments:
Effective on ratification: 45¢/hour
Effective Oct. 25, 2015: 45¢/hour
Effective Oct. 30, 2016: 45¢/hour
Effective Oct. 29, 2017: 45¢/hour
Shift premium: 85¢ per hour between 5 p.m. and 5 a.m.
Paid holidays: 11 days
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks to start, 3 weeks after 4 years, 4 weeks after 8 years, 5 weeks after 14 years, 6 weeks after 19 years, 7 weeks after 23 years.
Overtime: Time-and-one-half for first 3 hours worked beyond 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week; double time for additional hours. Double time for working Sundays.
Meal allowance: $6 when 3 hours or more of overtime is worked after 8-hour shift.

Vision: $150 per person maximum every 24 months.
Paramedical: Company-provided Group Insurance Plan
Weekly indemnity: 66 2/3% of straight time weekly wage.
Sick leave: 4 hours per month up to maximum 240 hours.
LTD: 60% of base weekly earnings to a maximum of $1,500 per month following exhaustion of weekly indemnity and employment insurance benefits.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of immediate family member. 1 day for grandparent, son- or daughter-in-law, or if a pallbearer. 2 days for brother- or sister-in-law.
Seniority – recall rights: 9 months.
Call-in pay: Time-and-one-half for first 4 hours worked on scheduled day off or a 6th shift, double time thereafter. Minimum 4 hours for straight time shift.
Severance: 2 weeks’ pay after 2 years' service, 4 weeks after 4 years, 6 weeks after 6 years, 10 weeks after 10 years.
Safety footwear: $70 per year for maintenance employees.
