Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2018, to Dec. 31, 2021. Ratified on Nov. 30, 2017. Signed on Nov. 30, 2017.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Jan. 1, 2018: lump-sum payment of 1.5% of 2018 wages
Shift premium: $1.25 per hour for all time worked on regular-second and regular-third shifts.
Paid holidays: 11 days, plus 1 personal floater day. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 18 years, 6 weeks after 25 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after regular hours, double time for all work on Sunday. May be banked for time off, maximum 24 hours and must be used by end of year. 
Meal allowance: $10 per meal when working more than 2.5 hours after completion of regular shift. 
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (spouse, common-law-spouse, son or daughter of employee or employee’s spouse, mother, father, sister, brother). 3 days for death of father-in-law, mother-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, grandchild. 1 day for death of grandparent. 
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 3 hours’ pay at time and one-half. 
Probationary period: 126 days worked. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide necessary or required personal protective equipment, devices and uniforms to protect employees from injuries.

Operator level 3: $31.76 rising 3 steps to $33.37

Operator trainee: $23.60 rising 3 steps to $24.80
