Renewal agreement: Effective Sept. 19, 2016, to Jan. 31, 2019. Ratified on Oct. 5, 2016. Signed on Sept. 19, 2016.
Shift premium: $2.90 per hour when employee is assuming additional responsibilities of coker push. $5.50 per hour (previously $5 per hour) when performing duties of maintenance supervisor, maintenance coordinator, operations coordinator, shift supervisor, laboratory supervisor, block supervisor for major shutdowns. $1,500 per year for first-class, second-class and $600 per year for third-class for utilities technicians who possess valid permanent third-, second- or first-class steam ticket.
Paid holidays: 12 days. 
Vacations with pay: 3 weeks after 1 year, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 18 years, 6 weeks after 25 years. 
Overtime: Paid for all work after daily scheduled hours. 
Meal allowance: When employee is required on regular day of work, to stay over and work 2 or more hours of overtime, employer will supply employee with meal after first 2 hours of work and every 4 hours thereafter. When employee is scheduled to work overtime on normal day of rest or called in on overtime, employer will supply employee with meal after 4 hours of work and every 4 hours thereafter.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum of 4 hours’ pay at straight time or overtime rate applicable for hours worked, whichever is greater.
Probationary period: 180 days.
Severance: 2 weeks’ pay plus 2 weeks’ pay for each year of service multiplied by 1.15, after 1 year of service.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide for maintenance of regular working apparel as required.

Editor’s notes: Training costs: $2,000 for training or moving costs incurred within 2 years of termination for outside employment opportunity, less any other training or moving subsidy available to employee. Training costs will include registration, tuition fees, books, examination fees. Education fund: Employer will remit $0.05 for each full-time employee’s regular hours of work to paid-education leave. Community fund: Employer will remit $0.03 for each full-time employee’s regular hours of work to Canadian Community Fund.
