Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2015, to March 31, 2020. Signed on June 6, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective April 1, 2018: Greater of 2% per cent or cost of living as per Stats Canada for Edmonton.  
Effective April 1, 2019: Greater of 2% per cent or cost of living as per Stats Canada for Edmonton.
Paid holidays: 12 days, plus after 6 p.m. on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve. 
Vacations with pay: 6% to start, 8% after 7 years, 10% after 11 years, 12% after 26 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for hours worked after 8 hours per day, double time after 12 hours. Time and one-half for work on Sunday, double time after 8 hours. Time and one-half for hours worked between midnight and 8 a.m. Double time for hours worked before 8 a.m. at start of shift. 
Medical benefits: 100% premiums paid by employer. 
Pension: 4% gross earnings to House Technician’s RRSP fund.
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay.
Probationary period: 6 months. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide up to 2 signature attire shirts per year. 
Sample rates of pay (current, after 5.6% increase):
House technicians: $34.61 rising 2 steps to $36.54
Editor’s notes: Training fund: 1.5 per cent of all the house technicians’ gross earnings for training at the facility. Signing bonus: house technicians: $750; alternate house technicians: $100.
