Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2016, to Dec. 31, 2020. Ratified on May 12, 2016. Signed on May 13, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Jan. 1, 2017: 2%
Effective Jan. 1, 2018: 1.85%
Effective Jan. 1, 2019: 1.85%
Effective Jan. 1, 2020: 1.55%
Shift premium: $3 per hour (previously $2 per hour) for training employees. Responsibility premium: Staff sergeant community patrol, detective staff sergeant criminal investigations branch, detective sergeant criminal investigations branch and detective sergeant street crime unit (SCU) will be paid 104% of salary.
Paid holidays: 13 days. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 15 years, 6 weeks after 20 years, 7 weeks after 30 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked after regular hours. May be used for time off in lieu, but will be paid out Dec. 31 if not used. 
Meal allowance: $8 for first 4 hours of overtime, $10 (previously $8) for each additional 4.5 hours.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums for Comprehensive Medical Protection Plan of Sun Life. Healthcare spending account, maximum $2,000 per eligible retired employee per year.
Dental: Sun Life Dental Care Plan. Orthodontic procedures: Maximum 50% coverage.
Vision: $400 (previously $350) every 2 years, maximum $100 for eye examinations.
Paramedical: Massage therapy: Maximum $100 per visit (previously $50 per visit), maximum $600 (previously $500) per year. Chiropractic: Maximum $100 per visit, maximum $600 per year. Psychotherapy: Maximum $1,000 per year.
Sick leave: One-half day per month.
LTD: Employee pays 100% of premiums. 
AD&D: Employee pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 2 times annual salary.
Life insurance: Employee pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 2 times annual salary.
Pension: All employees are entitled to Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System. Benefit is 2% for each year of service.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death of father, mother, spouse, son, daughter, brother, sister, grandparent, grandchild, father-in-law, mother-in-law, daughter in-law and son in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, person standing in loco parentis.
Call-in pay: Time and one-half for minimum 4 hours.
Probationary period: 520 hours for civilian employees. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years for civilian employees. 
Uniforms/clothing: Police officers, special constables, photographer, quartermaster/property clerk: Maximum $210 cleaning allowance per year. Employee who is required to perform police duties in plain clothes will receive clothing allowance of maximum $1,100 per year.
Mileage: $0.40 per kilometre.

Specialist pay: $250 lump-sum payment paid annually to: breathalyzer/Intoxilyzer technician, scenes of crime officer (SOCO), cert team members, negotiators, drug recognition officers, level 4 traffic officers, communicator classroom instructor. Criminal investigators: Members assigned to the criminal investigation bureau, positions including sexual assault and child abuse (SACA), street crime unit, identification unit, domestic violence co-ordinator, intelligence and professional standards will be paid 104% of salary. Standby time: $5 per hour, minimum 5 hours. Service pay (full-time civilian members): 5 years: $100 per year; 10 years: $300 per year; 15 years: $600 per year; 20 years: $900 per year; 25 years: $1,100 per year; 30 years: $1,300 per year.
