Renewal agreement: Effective July 1, 2017, to June 30, 2021. Signed on Jan. 30, 2018.
Shift premium: $0.75 for each hour worked between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. Employees who commence shift between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m. will receive $0.75 per hour premium for entire shift. $1 for each hour worked on Sunday. $0.50 per hour when night stocking takes place and 1 employee on night-stocking shift is designated as lead hand. $0.75 for each hour (previously $0.70 per hour) when relieving department supervisor for more than 2 days. 
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 3 weeks or 6% after 1 year, 4 weeks or 8% after 8 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 13 years, 6 weeks or 12% after 18 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for first 2 hours in excess of basic work week, double time thereafter. May be taken as time off in lieu, must be used within 4 weeks. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Sick leave: 1 day per month of service. 
LTD: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums. 
Life insurance: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums.
Bereavement leave: 2 weeks for death of spouse, father, mother, child. For death in immediate family (brother, sister, mother-in-law, sister-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandmother, grandfather and grandchildren, relative living in household) employee will be granted leave of absence with pay — at discretion of employer — with consideration given to travel time for purpose of attending funeral.
Seniority – recall rights: 6 months. 
Probationary period: 800 hours. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.
Severance: 1 week’s pay for up to 2 years of service; 1 week’s pay per year of service after 2 years of service, maximum 20 weeks’ pay. 
Safety shoes: $100 per year for safety shoes, boots.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide and repair smocks and aprons free of cost to employee. Upon request, employer will provide uniforms to all employees, maximum 2 shirts for full-time employees, 1 shirt for part-time employees per year. Employees are responsible for all cleaning and repairs.
