Renewal agreement: Effective Sept. 1, 2018, to Aug. 31, 2021. Ratified on Oct. 24, 2018. Signed on March 26, 2019.
Shift premium: $1.50 per hour for lead-hand warehouse, lead-hand driver. Effective Sept. 1, 2019: $1.60 per hour. Effective Sept. 1, 2020: $1.75 per hour.
Paid holidays: 12 days. 
Vacations with pay: 1 day per month, maximum 10 days, or 4% to start, 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 2 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 7 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 15 years, 6 weeks or 12% after 20 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week or on Saturday. Double time after 4 hours of overtime or on Sunday. May be banked as time off in lieu, maximum 40 hours. Overtime that is assigned with less than 24 hours’ notice will be paid at double time.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums for core single coverage (exclusive of LTD). Difference in cost between core single and core couple coverage is split 50/50 between employer, employee (exclusive of LTD). Difference in cost between core single and core family coverage is split 50/50 between employer, employee (exclusive of LTD). 
Sick leave: 1 day per month of employment, maximum 85 days. If employee uses 3 days or less of sick leave time per year (Dec. 1 to Nov. 30), $350 bonus (previously $300) will be paid on first pay period in December.
LTD: Employee pays 100% of premiums.
Pension: Employee will receive employer contributions into group RRSP. 4% after probation; 5% after 5 years of service; 6% after 10 years of service. Employer will match employee contributions: 2% to start; 3% after 10 years of service. 
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, common-law partner, mother, father, sons, daughters, sisters, brothers, grandmothers, grandfathers, grandchildren, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, any relative who resides permanently with employee). 1 additional day if employee travels 600 kilometres or more round-trip to attend funeral.
Seniority – recall rights: 6 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum of 3 hours’ work or pay, at appropriate overtime pay provision.
Probationary period: 90 calendar days. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months.
Severance: 1 week’s salary to start; 3 weeks’ salary after 1 year of service; 4 weeks’ salary after 2 years of service; 6 weeks’ salary after 3 years of service; 8 weeks’ salary after 4 years of service; 10 weeks’ salary after 10 years of service. 
Safety shoes: $175 per year for steel-toed work boots, which is mandatory in workplace. Employee may allocate funds towards purchase of additional safety clothing, such as pants, coveralls. 
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide dust masks, gloves, smocks (lab coats or apron type) in reasonable quantities. Drivers, swampers will be provided with uniforms.

Truck driver 
Start rate: $18.90 rising 2 steps to $19.67
After 480 hours: $19.50 rising 2 steps to $20.29
After 2,080 hours: $20.39 rising 2 steps to $21.22
Truck helper/dockworker
Start rate: $15.75 rising 2 steps to $16.39
After 480 hours: $16.25 rising 2 steps to $16.91
After 2,080 hours: $16.79 rising 2 steps to $17.47
