Renewal agreement: Effective July 19, 2023, 20xx to Dec. 31, 2025. Signed on July 19, 2023.

Wage adjustments:

Effective 2023: 1.25%

Shift premium: $2.25 per hour for all hours worked, including overtime hours, between 16:00 and 08:00.

Paid holidays: 13 days.

Vacations with pay: 2 weeks to start accrued at a rate of 9.375 hours per month.

Overtime: Overtime compensated on regular working days or on days of rest at time and three quarters.

Meal allowance: $12 when an employee works 3 or more hours of overtime immediately before following scheduled hours of work.

Sick leave: 9.375 hours accrued per calendar month.

Bereavement leave: 7 consecutive calendar days or may be taken in 2 periods to a maximum of five 5 working days.

Discipline: Sunset clause is xx months.

Severance: 2 weeks pay for the first complete year of continuous employment 2 weeks pay, or 3 weeks pay for employees with ten 10 or more and less than 20 years of continuous employment,

Sample rates of pay (current, after increase):

LES-TO-01 – Step 1: $64,265, rising 2 steps to $65,714.

LES-TO-02 – Step 1: $77,057 rising 2 steps to $ 72,282.

LES-TO-03 – Step 1: $76,674, rising 2 steps to $78,794.

Editor’s notes: Subject to operational requirements, an employee has the right to select and request flexible hours between 06:00 and 18:00 and such request shall not be unreasonably denied.
