Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2018, to Dec. 31, 2020. Ratified on June 18, 2018. Signed on July 20, 2018.
Shift premium: $1.35 per hour (previously $1.25 per hour) for all scheduled shift-hours worked, including all scheduled hours worked on weekends.
Paid holidays: 12 days. 
Vacations with pay: 10 days after 1 year, 15 days after 2 years, 20 days after 5 years, 25 days after 10 years, 30 days after 15 years, 35 days after 25 days. Maximum 1 week may be carried forward to next year. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work in excess of regular hours of work. May be banked, maximum 40 overtime hours (60 straight-time hours).
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Weekly indemnity: Employee pays 100% of premiums. 
Sick leave: After 3 months of service, 1.5 days per month worked, maximum 90 days accumulated. 
LTD: Employee pays 100% of premiums. 
AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Pension: Employer contributes 6%, employee contributes 6% to Manulife pension plan. Employer contributes 2%, employee makes voluntary contribution as desired to RRSP.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (spouse, child, parent, brother, sister, grandparents, father-in-law, mother-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, same-sex partner, grandchildren, step-family). 1 day for death of aunt, uncle, cousin, niece, nephew. One-half to attend funeral as mourner or pallbearer.
Seniority – recall rights: 4 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours at overtime rate.
Probationary period: 6 months. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 1 year.
Safety shoes: $150 per year, including GST, for CSA-approved safety footwear. May be carried forward into following year. 
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide protective or safety garments, head-gear, footwear, mitts, gloves. Employer will provide pool staff with 1 hoodie, 1 tank top, 2 pairs of shorts, 2 T-shirts, 1 pair of deck shoes per year (maximum $275 per year), plus swimming-suit allowance of $140 per year. Employer will provide all arena staff with 2 pairs of black pants, 2 T-shirts, 1 jacket, 1 hoodie or vest (for identification purposes) per year. Gloves and other safety equipment as required.
