Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2018, to Dec. 31, 2020. Signed on Jan. 10, 2019.
Shift premium: $1 per hour for senior employee filling relief assignment in position outside bargaining unit. For communication operators only, $1 per hour to employee assigned to train another employee about duties and skills. $1.50 per hour for all work between 5 p.m. and 8 a.m. $2.25 per hour for all hours worked on weekends. $4 per hour for employees on call. 
Paid holidays: 12 days. Holiday lieu days may be accumulated and replenished, maximum 40 hours for 8-hour employees and 36 hours for 12-hour employees. 
Overtime: For jail guards working 12-hour shifts, double time. Time and one-half for all hours worked after regular hours, double time after 4 hours of overtime for other employees. Time may be banked, maximum 48 hours.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 90% of premiums, employee pays 10% of premiums. Full-time employees will receive $500 per year for health spending account, $250 per year for part-time employees. Employer pays 80% of premiums, employee pays 20% of premiums for Alberta Health Care Premiums.
Dental: Employer pays 90% of premiums, employee pays 10% of premiums.
Vision: Employer pays 90% of premiums, employee pays 10% of premiums.
Weekly indemnity: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Sick leave: 1 day per month, maximum accumulation 240 hours.
LTD: Employer pays 90% of premiums, employee pays 10% of premiums.
AD&D: Coverage of double employee’s annual salary.
Life insurance: Coverage of double employee’s annual salary.
Pension: Local Authorities Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 4 days for death of parent, stepparent, guardian, wife, common-law wife, husband, common-law husband, brother, sister, stepsiblings, child, grandparent, grandparent of spouse, grandchild, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, aunt, uncle, aunt-in-law, uncle-in-law. Additional 3 days for death of spouse or child. Additional 3 days when burial occurs outside Alberta. 2 days per year to attend funeral as pallbearer
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 3 hours pay at double time.
Probationary period: 90 calendar days.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months. Should a second occurrence happen within 12 months, original occurrence becomes 24 months from date of issue. Second or subsequent occurrences will be 24 months.
Safety shoes: Employer will provide $125 per year CSA-approved safety footwear. May be substituted for $250 every 2 years. Employer will provide $300 per year for water, wastewater workers. 
Uniforms/clothing: All employees in engineering, public works department, recreation departments will be issued maximum 2 sets of regular coveralls, maximum 2 sets of insulated coveralls. Employer will be responsible for cost of laundering, repair, replacement of coveralls. All employees in recreation department will be supplied with 1 town jacket, which will be replaced as required. Aquafun Centre staff will be supplied with initial issue of 2 uniforms consisting of shorts, T-shirts. Employer will provide maximum $100 per year for swimsuits, sweatshirts for Aquafun Centre staff.
Tool allowance: Employer will supply tools, equipment required by employees.
