Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2019, to Dec. 31, 2022. Ratified on Feb. 19, 2019. Signed on March 11, 2019. 
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Jan. 1, 2019: 1%
Effective Jan. 1, 2020: 1.25%
Effective Jan. 1, 2021: 1.75%
Effective Jan. 1, 2022: 2%
Shift premium: $0.75 per hour for shift that falls between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. for operations employees. 12.5% when employee relieves in acting capacity to position with higher level of duties, responsibilities, and with higher rate of pay, for 2  shifts or longer.
Paid holidays: 12 days, plus Christmas floater day for all town employees either before or after Christmas. 
Vacations with pay: 15 days to start, 16 days after 6 years, 17 days after 7 years, 18 days after 8 years, 19 days after 9 years, 20 days after 10 years, 21 days after 11 years, 22 days after 12 years, 23 days after 13 years, 24 days after 14 years, 25 days after 15 years, 26 days after 16 years, 27 days after 17 years, 28 days after 18 years, 29 days after 19 years, 30 days after 20 years. 50% of annual entitlement may be carried forward to following year. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for first 2 hours of overtime, double time thereafter. May be banked as time off in lieu, maximum 5 days of accumulation. Must be taken within 6 months of time earned. Double time for all overtime on statutory holiday.
Meal allowance: Paid meal allowance for employee working more than 10 hours in any 1 shift.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums for Alberta Health Care Plan. After 1 year of service, employer will provide maximum $300 per year reimbursement for health/fitness expenses of employee or 1 family-fitness pass per family.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Sick leave: 1.34 days per month.
STD: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
LTD: Employee pays 100% of premiums.
AD&D: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums.
Life insurance: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums.
Pension: Local Authorities Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 4 days for death of spouse, child, stepchildren, parent, brother, sister, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, aunt, uncle, fiancé, related dependant, ward, guardian, brother-in-law, sister-in-law.
Call-in pay: Minimum of 2 hours’ pay at overtime rates.
Probationary period: 6 months. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.
Safety shoes: $225 per year (previously $175 per year) for employees requiring appropriate safety footwear such as steel-toed boots. $50 per year (previously $30 per year) deck-shoe allowance after 3 months of employment at aquatic centre swimming pool.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide winter jacket, coveralls, summer coveralls, other work wear (pants and shirts) for operations, facility operator/coordinator employees. 3 shirts to each custodian employee. 1 bathing suit within first 3 months of employment for employees at aquatic centre swimming pool; second suit after probation.

Custodian: $21.50 rising 3 steps to $22.60
