Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2017, to Dec. 31, 2019. Ratified on May 8, 2017. Signed on Dec. 12, 2017.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Jan. 1, 2017: 0%
Effective Jan. 1, 2018: 1%
Effective Jan. 1, 2019: 1%
Shift premium: $2 per hour more than top rate for lead hands. Drivers will be paid additional amount when pulling multi-wheel trailing equipment: $1.50 for 24 to 48 wheels; $2 for more than 48 wheels. 
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 3 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 11 years, 6 weeks or 12% after 15 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 9 hours per day or 45 hours per week. 
Medical benefits: Prairie Teamsters Health and Welfare Plan and Teamsters Local 213 Health and Welfare Plan.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sons, daughters, sisters, brothers, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandfather, grandmother, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, stepfather, stepmother). 4 additional days if funeral occurs outside 700-kilometre radius of employee’s normal work location. 3 days without pay for death of family member not covered above. 
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year. 
Call-in pay: Minimum of 4 hours' work or pay. If employee works in excess of 4 hours, employee is guaranteed 6 hours' work or pay.
Probationary period: 180 days. 
Tool allowance: $500 per year.
