Renewal agreement: Effective April 30, 2017, to April 30, 2021. Signed on March 29, 2017.
Paid holidays: 13 days. 
Vacations with pay: 4% pay. 
Sick leave: 1.25 days per month, maximum 5 days per academic term.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of spouse, common-law spouse, same-sex partner, parent, child, stepchild, foster child, siblings, step-siblings, grandparent, grandchild, mother-in-law, father-in-law, any relative residing in same residence. 1 day for death of aunt, uncle, cousin, niece, nephew, brother-in-law, sister-in-law.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months.
Sample rates of hourly pay (current, after 10% increase):
PhD: $24.64 rising 5 steps to $27.20
Masters: $23.60 rising 5 steps to $26.05
Editor’s notes: Materials supplied: Employer will provide employees with access to: available libraries, books, laboratories, duplicating services, office supplies, computing facilities, electronic resources, audio-visual equipment and any other university facilities — free of charge — for employees’ duties and responsibilities. Parking pass: Employer will provide 1 guest parking pass to PSAC official when official is visiting either university campus (Fredericton  or Saint John) on union business. Religious observance leave: Employees will receive up to 3 days' leave per year to observe spiritual or holy days.
