Renewal agreement: Effective Feb. 1, 2016, to Jan. 31, 2020. Signed on July 31, 2017.
Paid holidays: 12 days. 
Vacations with pay: 1 week after 6 months, 3 weeks or 6% after 1 year, 4 weeks or 8% after 5 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 10 years, 6 weeks or 12% after 15 years, 7 weeks or 14% after 20 years. 
Overtime: Double time for hours worked in excess of employee’s normal work week, or work day. Triple time for hours worked in excess of normal work day where employee works at double time for normal work day. Time may be banked.
Meal allowance: When extended shift is needed for individual or crew, employer will furnish hot meal after first hour of extended period.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Maximum $400,000 lifetime coverage for extended health care benefits. 
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums. $3,000 lifetime maximum for orthodontia coverage. Coverage for partial, complete dentures once every 5 years.
Vision: $1,000 every 24 months (previously $450 per year).
AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums for death benefits equal to twice employee’s annual salary rounded to next highest $1,000.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for death benefits equal to 3 times employee’s annual salary rounded to next highest $1,000.
Pension: B.C.M.E.A. Industry Pension Plan or defined contribution plan for all employees hired after ratification date. Employer will contribute 15% of base pay to plan. 
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, mother, father, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son, daughter, brother, sister, grandparents, grandchildren). 2 additional days when travelling more than 300 kilometres (previously 500 miles) from company’s site. 1 day for death of sister-in-law, brother-in-law.
Seniority to recall rights: 12 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum of 8 hours at double time for non-scheduled work.
Probationary period: If employee performs maintenance work: 90 days; 60 days if employee performs production work. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.
Severance: 5 weeks’ pay after 6 months of service. Additional 2 weeks’ pay after 1 year of service. 
Safety shoes: $300 per year for CSA-approved safety work boots.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide employees with protective clothing or equipment required in performance of duties. $100 per year for winter coat or CSA-approved safety winter boots. Employer will supply all needed raingear. 
Sample rates of monthly pay (current, after 6% increase):

0 to 6 months: 55%
7 to 12 months: 60%
13 to 18 months: 65%
19 to 24 months: 70%
25 to 30 months: 75%
31 to 36 months: 80%
37 to 42 months: 85%
