Renewal agreement: Effective Feb. 4, 2016, to Dec. 31, 2018. Signed on June 10, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Security guards
Effective April 1, 2016: $0.17 per hour
Effective April 1, 2017: $0.30 per hour
Effective April 1, 2018: $0.40 per hour
Advanced security guards
Effective April 1, 2017: $0.55 per hour
Effective April 1, 2018: $0.65 per hour
Shift premium: $1.50 per hour when security guard has to direct or oversee another security guard. 
Paid holidays: 9 days. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 10 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 18 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. 
Meal allowance: Meals will be provided at cost (previously, employee paid $3 for light meal, $6 for full meal).
Medical benefits: Employer will make monthly contributions to the Health and Welfare Trust. Single: Effective April 1, 2016: $104.43; Effective April 1, 2017: $106.52; Effective April 1, 2018: $110.78. Family: Effective April 1, 2016: $220.91; Effective April 1, 2017: $225.33; Effective April 1, 2018: $234.34.
Weekly indemnity: 66 2/3% of weekly earnings, maximum 26 weeks.
Sick leave: 6 hours per month.
LTD: 66 2/3% or monthly wages, maximum $2,500, after 26 weeks. 
Pension: Woodbine Entertainment Group Defined Contribution Pension Plan for Unionized Employees. Employer contributes 5%, matched by employee.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (mother, father, brother, sister, spouse, same-sex partner, children, common-law spouse, grandparents, grandchildren, mother-in-law, and father-in-law). 1 day for death of brother-in-law, sister-in-law.
Seniority – recall rights: 18 months.
Probationary period: 480 hours. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months.
Safety shoes: $100 per year for full-time, $100 every 2 years for part-time.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide, clean and maintain uniforms and rain gear. Full-time: minimum 7 shirts, 3 pairs of trousers. Part-time: minimum 5 shirts, 2 pairs of trousers.
Sample rates of hourly pay (current, after 3.5% increase):
Security guard: $19.50 rising 2 steps to $20.20
Sample rates of hourly pay (current, after 6% increase):
Advanced security guard: $20 rising 2 steps to $21.20
Editor’s notes: Travelling allowance: $0.35 per kilometre if employee is required to use his own vehicle in connection with the employer’s business. Bonding: Any employee whom the employer requires to be bonded will do so at the employer’s expense.
