Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 8, 2016, to Jan. 7, 2021. Signed on Jan. 7, 2016.

Wage adjustments:
Effective Jan. 1, 2017: 3.5%
Effective Jan. 1, 2018: 3.5%
Effective Jan. 1, 2019: To be negotiated
Effective Jan. 1, 2020: To be negotiated

Shift premium: Additional 15% on night shifts.

Paid holidays: 12 days. Time and one-half for all hours worked on a named holiday. A lieu day may be taken instead.

Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 18 years.

Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked in excess of 8 per day or 40 per week. Double time for all hours worked beyond 12 in one day.

Pension: Employer contributes 3% to CLAC Pension. Defined Contribution Pension Plan.

Seniority – recall rights: 18 months for injured workers, 1 year for all other workers.

Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay at straight time.

Safety shoes: $150 per year for safety boots.
