Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2026 to Dec. 31, 2028; signed Dec. 11, 2025
Probationary period: 90 days
Overtime: 1.5 times regular hourly rate
Paid holidays: New Year's Day, Family Day, Labour Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Thanksgiving Day, Victoria Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, Canada Day, Boxing Day, Civic Holiday, Remembrance Day
Vacation time: 2 weeks for 1 to 4 years; 3 weeks for 4 to 10 years; 4 weeks for 10 to 15 years; 5 weeks for 15 to 18 years; 6 weeks for 18 or more years
Sunset clause: 2 years

Sick leave: 1.25 days per month

Uniforms/clothing: spring/fall windbreaker, winter jacket, 3 long-sleeve shirts, 3 short-sleeve shirts
Sample rates of pay (current, after increase):
Full-time driver/dispatcher: $27.73 rising 2 steps to $30.43
Part-time driver: $23.83 rising 2 steps to $26.47
Part-time dispatcher: $22.15 rising 2 steps to $24.79
