Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2029; signed Feb. 20, 2026
Paid holidays: New Year's Day, Family Day, Labour Day, Good Friday, Thanksgiving Day, Victoria Day, Christmas Day, Canada Day, Boxing Day, Heritage Day, Truty and Reconciliation Day, Remembrance Day
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks for up to 4 years; 3 weeks for 5 years and up
Overtime: 1.5 times regular base hourly rate
Shift premium: $1.20 per hour for work between 4 pm and 5 am
Employee benefits: Health and Wellness Trust Fund, Pension Trust Fund, International Training Fund
Bereavement leave: 36 hours for immediate family (parents, siblings, spouses, common law partners, children, parents-in-law, siblings-in-law, grandchildren, grandparents)
Probationary period: 90 days
Sunset clause: 24 months
Sample rates of pay:
Working foreman: $47.58 rising 2 steps to $50.47
Senior party chief: $43.77 rising 2 steps to $46.43
Junior survey assistant: $29.41 rising 2 steps to $31.20
