Renewal agreement: Effective March 1, 2026 to March 4, 2028
Paid holidays: New Year's Day, Family Day, Labour Day, Good Friday, Heritage Day, Truth and Reconciliation Day, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day, Victoria Day, Christmas Day, Canada Day, Boxing Day
Overtime: 1.5 times regular hourly wage
Mileage benefits: $1.25 per kilometre outside 55 kms
Meal allowance: $45 per day with kitchenette; daily live-out allowance
Employee benefits: RSP, CLAC Pension Plan, Education Fund, Apprenticeship Training Fund, CLAC Western Training Fund, Industry Fund
Bereavement leave: 3 days for immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children, pregnancy loss, legal guardian, parents-in-law, grandparents, grandchildren)
Probationary period: 90 days
Safety gear: hats, boots supplied by employer; 50% up to $300 for prescription safety eyewear
Sample rates of pay:
- Electrician and instrument tech for Wood Buffalo: $30.30 rising 3 steps to $45.45
- Maintenance electrician and IT: $32.10 rising 3 steps to $48.15
