Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2025 to Dec. 31, 2028; signed March 9, 2026
Paid holidays: New Year's Day, Family Day, Labour Day, Good Friday, Thanksgiving Day, Victoria Day, Christmas Day, Canada Day, Boxing Day, August Civic Holiday,
Vacations with pay: 10 days for up to 5 years; 15 days for 5 to 10 years; 20 days for 10 to 20 years; 25 days for 20 years or more
Overtime: 1.5 times regular hourly wage (42 hours per week)
Shift premium: $3.50 per hour for work between 6 pm and 6 am
Employee benefits: Health insurance plan, CLAC Pension Plan
Bereavement leave: 5 days for immediate family; 3 days for parent; 1 day paid, 2 days unpaid for brother, sister, grandchildren, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandparent, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, daughter-in-law, or son-in-law
Probationary period: 5 months
Safety shoes, PPE, tools: maximum $500 per year
Sample rates of pay:
Lead hand: $47.40 rising 2 steps to $50.90
Foreperson 1: $52.14 rising 2 steps to $55.99
Journeyperson: $47.40 rising 2 steps to $50.90
