Renewal agreement: Effective March 1, 2026 to Feb. 28, 2029; signed March 30, 2026
Probationary period: 690 hours or 6 months
Overtime: 1.5 times regular rate of pay
Shift premiums: from $1.75 to $3.25
Paid holidays: New Year's Day, Family Day, Labour Day, Good Friday, Thanksgiving Day, Victoria Day, Christmas Day, Canada Day, Boxing Day, Civic Day, Truth and Reconciliation Day
Sick leave: 1.25 days per month up to 15 days per year for maximum of 60 days
Bereavement leave: 4 days for immediate family (spouse, co-parent, parental partner, child, sibling, parent, guardian, niece, nephew, grandparent, uncle, aunt, miscarried or stillborn child, foster family); 2 extra days if funeral more than 400 km away; 0.5 day unpaid for pallbearer
Discipline: Sunset clause of 24 months

Safety gear: $350 full time, $200 part time and $50 casual to start for clothing, footwear, health and wellness expenses

- Healthcare aide: $26.62 rising 2 steps to $28.07
- Licensed practice nurse: $35.03 rising 2 steps to $36.48
