Human resources manager

Logit Group in Toronto is looking for a human resources manager who will create and implement recruitment plans to attract and identify candidates, conduct interviews and make recommendations to hiring managers. The manager will also coordinate on-boarding, facilitate orientation, and work with managers on development plans and/or corrective measures; and support existing committees and assist in the implementation of health and safety policies. Red Cup Distillery in Leduc, AB is looking for a human resources manager who will establish and implement policies and procedures, and train, direct and motivate staff. The manager will also oversee the classification and rating of occupations; plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies; and manage training and development strategies. Candidates must have a college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of one to two years, with one year to less than two years of work experience. Zensurance in Toronto is looking for a human resources consultant who will work closely with the Human Resources Director in the development, design, implementation, maintenance and administration of human resources processes, policies, programs and projects. The consultant will also work as an HR Business Partner and actively build strong relations with employees and managers to provide coaching, feedback, advice, administration and consultation.
