The manager will also coordinate staffing activities (including recruiting, selections, and placement) for the location including both salaried and hourly positions. Candidates must have five to seven years of progressive experience in human resources work, with more than five years of labour and employee relations background working within a union environment and negotiating contracts. Cabot Microelectronics in Calgary, AB is looking for a human resources business partner who will translate the strategic and tactical business plans into critical HR actions, programs, and initiatives. The business partner will also coach the management team on leadership and HR issues with the application of HR policies and processes, restructuring, complex employee issues; and conduct employee relations investigations and bring to resolution.
