Human resources director

The Newfoundland and Labrador Centre for Health Information in St. John’s is looking for a human resources director who will develop and deliver programs, policies and services in the areas including, but not limited to, employee and labour relations, human resource planning and management, occupational health and safety and learning and development. The director will also liaise with leadership and other human resource professionals within the government of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Regional Health Authorities, and represent NLCHI on various governing committees. Candidates must have an undergraduate degree in business administration or a related field with seven to 10 years of experience in a progressively responsible HR management position with a minimum of five years of people leadership experience.
