Human resources advisor

Metis Child & Family Services Authority in Winnipeg is looking for a human resources advisor who will be responsible for providing a broad array of administrative support such as developing and implementing policies, programs, and procedures regarding human resource planning, recruitment, collective bargaining, training and development, and occupation classification. The advisor will also take part in conducting workplace investigations and provide support in handling workplace complaints and grievances. Candidates must have post-secondary education in HR management, business administration, labour relations, and/or employment law, and have two or more years of experience working within a human resources department, preferably within a unionized environment. True Deal Employment Services in Barrie, Ont. is looking for a human resources officer who will identify current and prospective staffing requirements and prepare and post notices and advertisements.
