Human resources business analyst

Niagara Region in Thorold, Ont. is looking for a human resources business analyst who will manage HRIS changes, and ensure routine security and configuration changes are implemented. The business analyst will also provide consultation on projects that impact the delivery of HR services to the organization. Candidates must have at least five years of municipal experience with various ERP and HRIS applications, and at least five years of general experience in HRIS reporting within an organization with multiple collective agreements preferred. Human resources manager

1855 Professional Services in Vancouver is looking for a human resources manager who will identify and partner with external providers, as required, to ensure hiring needs are met. The manager will also gather market intelligence on talent, competitor landscape, recruitment trends and practices, and provide guidance and support to fulfil business needs; and create and implement talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring. Human resources specialist

The Ontario government in the City of Belleville is looking for a human resources specialist who will provide clients with consultative guidance regarding HR best practice, legislation, city policies and collective agreement interpretation, and identify trends and opportunities to enhance client service relationships. The specialist will also participate on search committees where requested, and prepare and authorize offers of employment in consultation with the hiring manager, and other HR specialists as needed. Candidates must have a post-secondary degree in HR, business administration or other related areas, with five years progressive experience managing the recruitment function and experience as an HR generalist, preferably in a unionized environment. The Hennick Bridgepoint Hospital in Torontow is looking for a human resources advisor who will create and maintain complete and accurate recruitment files to coordinate candidate testing, and complete applicable new hire, transfer and onboarding documentation for employee files. The advisor will also advise employees and applicants regarding the application process, and provide applicable recruitment forms to internal candidates upon request. Candidates must have a diploma and/or degree in a related field from an accredited educational institution, with at least two years of recent and relevant recruitment and selection work experience.
