Human resources director

The Yukon government in Whitehorse is looking for a human resources director who will lead a team of professional staff performing a diverse range of activities that contributes to the development, alignment and execution of human resource and business strategies across a variety of functions and locations. The director will lead the department’s and organization’s efforts in planning, attracting, developing, managing and retaining key talent. Candidates must have post-secondary education in human resources or other related discipline with senior level experience leading across an organization, including directing the implementation and execution of human resource principles, policies and frameworks.
