Sryas in Toronto is looking for a human resources specialist who will plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs; and hire, train and supervise staff. The specialist will also advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs and collective agreements, and negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers. DHL in Montreal is looking for a human resources business partner who will develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans, and counsel with management and employees regarding employee relations concerns and issues. The business partner will also review, implement and coach managers on programs to promote employee engagement and positive employee relations. Women’s Society in Yellowknife is looking for a human resources generalist who will ensure that management and staff are adhering to human resources policies, procedures, and applicable employment legislation.
