Loblaw Companies in Toronto is looking for a human resources director who will deliver and deploy HR programs and processes, and participate in coaching and guiding in functional and cross-functional initiatives, including performance management, compensation, succession planning, engagement surveys and performance review cycle. The director will also develop, lead and support the implementation of leadership development and management training initiatives. Candidates must have a post-secondary degree with more than seven years of progressive leadership work experience in HR, with proven expertise in the area of client relation management, including the executive level. Human resources consultant

Vancity in Vancouver is looking for a human resources consultant who will provide coaching to leaders and employees regarding equity and people programs, including performance coaching, collective agreement interpretation, workplace accommodations and terminations/severance negotiations. The consultant will also advise and coach leaders in the optimization; implement organization design principles, guidelines and tools; and make recommendations regarding the organization of work and talent.
