The consultant will also investigate and address HR issues, and provide support for international employees and the related work processes. The University of Toronto is looking for a human resources consultant who will advise departmental managers and administrators on HR policies, practices and procedures related to the management of non-union and unionized staff. The consultant will also contribute to attendance and disability management as a member of a cross-functional team. Winnipeg Manufacturer is looking for a human resources generalist who will plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs; and advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs and collective agreements.
