Wawanesa Insurance in Calgary is looking for a human resources coordinator who will assists with recruitment and on-boarding efforts, including job posting process, arranging interviews and reference checking. The coordinator will also maintain employee files and prepare employee documentation, and provide front line HR services to employees. Candidates must have a diploma or degree in human resources or business administration with one to three years of human resources experience and working towards a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
