Human resources advisor

Island Health in Victoria is looking for a human resources advisor who will provide HR advice and counsel to clients and knowledge and expertise on all aspects of the employment relationship, including recruitment and retention, work design, job development and classification. The advisor will also provide interpretation and advice related to collective agreements, non-contract terms and conditions, legal statutes and organizational policy. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a related area, such as HR or business administration and three years of recent related work experience with a large, multi-union organization. Human resources superintendent

Baffinland Iron Mines in Mary River, NT is looking for a human resources superintendent who will assist in the development, implementation and interpretation of policies and procedures and support of the partnership agreement to ensure a strong union, management and employee relationship. The superintendent will also oversee the day-to-day management of return to work programs, among others. Candidates must have more than 10 years of progressive HR work experience that includes labour relations with a minimum of three years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
