Human resources director
Sources Community Resources Society in Surrey, B.C. is looking for a human resources director who will be responsible for employee recruitment and retention activities, initiatives and engagement. The director will also provide performance management support to managers and staff, including succession planning, skill development, corrective action and guidance; and help with labour-management communication and conflict resolution. Human resources manager
Shangri-La Hotels in Toronto is looking for a human resources manager who will participate in full cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions, and lead the coordination of the Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC). The manager will also facilitate the hotel’s Colleague Recognition Programs, and coordinate and administer extended health care plans and other colleague benefit programs. Human resources business partner
Unity Health Toronto in Ontario is looking for a human resources business partner who will support managers in addressing complex employee and labour relations issues, including collective agreement interpretation, application of employment legislation & Hospital policies and conflict resolution. The business partner will also develop and implement HR training/education programs and procedures, and support complex absence management, disability and return-to-work cases in conjunction with Corporate Health and Safety Services.
