Human resources advisor

Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute in Toronto is looking for a human resources advisor who will provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on the interpretation and application of HR policies, procedures, applicable legislation, and collective agreements. The advisor will also prepare offer letters, new hire files and register new staff for orientation, and conduct investigations into behavioural concerns and allegations of harassment. Foothills School Division No. 38 in High River, B.C. is looking for a human resources advisor who will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, orientation, HR reporting, absence support, and HRIS maintenance. The advisor will also collaborate with schools, worksites and payroll to ensure effective processes are in place to serve employees and meet employment obligations of the division. Peterborough Regional Health Centre in Ontario is looking for a human resources specialist who will provide consultation and advice to subject matter experts in the development of online training modules, and coordinate all corporate in-class and online training. School District 91 in Terrace, B.C. is looking for a human resources officer who will support external recruiting by advertising, organizing interviews and reference check reviews of selected candidates, and manage internal posting and placement processes.
