Senior ethics & respectful workplace advisor

BC Hydro in Burnaby is looking for a senior ethics and respectful workplace advisor who will develop a code of conduct and respectful workplace program, frameworks and processes, and coach the ethics office team members on conducting assessments, analyzing issues and general case handling practices. The advisor will also conduct investigations into breaches of the code of conduct, related policies and unethical conduct and wrongdoing. Candidates must have a university degree in law, business, HR, social sciences or a similar program, with at least six years of experience interpreting and applying code of conduct and respectful workplace policies. Human resources business partner

Royal Bank of Canada in Toronto is looking for a human resources business partner who will work with the leadership team to acquire and assess talent and partner effectively with the leaders and with other sources of expertise in HR to provide your best advice and counsel on how to resolve issues and concerns. The business partner will also be an active force in imagining how the strategies apply and in determining local initiatives to ensure they are executed within teams. Human resources generalist

FedEx Freight Canada in Mississauga, Ont. is looking for a human resources generalist who will provide front line support and guidance to leadership in all functional areas of human resources. The generalist will also support employees with the safe and early return to work from provincial workplace insurance plans, and assist in the maintenance of compensation matrices and administration of pay increases.
