The Alberta government in Calgary is looking for a human resources consultant who will develop and execute change plans for the projects while incorporating communications and training considerations. The consultant will also manage the measurement and analysis of change initiatives, and contribute to the enhancement of organizational development practices, approaches and tools used at the city.
