Human resources supervisor
Lambton Kent District School Board in Sarnia, Ont. is looking for a human resources supervisor who will ensure conditions of all collective agreements are implemented and meet with union representatives to discuss concerns. The supervisor will also direct the day-to-day operations of the HR department in conjunction with the manager of HR, and coordinate the process for job evaluation in a timely manner. The manager will also participate actively on various joint committees to maintain ongoing positive relations between management and employees.
