Human resources supervisor

Lambton Kent District School Board in Sarnia, Ont. is looking for a human resources supervisor who will ensure conditions of all collective agreements are implemented and meet with union representatives to discuss concerns. The supervisor will also direct the day-to-day operations of the HR department in conjunction with the manager of HR, and coordinate the process for job evaluation in a timely manner. Candidates must have a two-year community college diploma, preferably in a program with an emphasis in HR, or a university degree, preferably with a CHRP designation. Human resources manager

Metis Child & Family Services Authority in Brandon, Man. is looking for a human resources manager who will oversee and manage all human resource functions. The manager will also participate actively on various joint committees to maintain ongoing positive relations between management and employees. Candidates must have post-secondary education in HR management, business administration, labour relations, and/or employment law, with five or more years of experience in human resource management and two or more years working in a unionized and non-unionized environment. Human resources generalist
