Human resources consultant

The University of Toronto is looking for a human resources consultant who will advise management on employment legislation and jurisprudence, including the Human Rights Code and the Employment Standards Act. The consultant will also provide recruitment advice and assistance to clients, and provide independent advice and guidance on complex organizational change and restructuring. Human resources manager

The Ontario government in the district municipality of Muskoka is looking for a human resources manager who will provide advice and coaching to managers and staff on HR, and health and safety policies and procedures, and participate in or lead union contract negotiations. The manager will also develop, update, recommend and implement HR programs, policies and procedures and keep abreast of developments and impending changes to legislation and make recommendations to ensure compliance.
