Human resources advisor
Douglas College in New Westminster, B.C. is looking for a human resources advisor who will consult with administrators and supervisors regarding workforce planning, and develop and implement strategies to meet long-term and short-term objectives. The advisor will also liaise with the labour relations advisors regarding grievances and other matters, as required, and provide advice and support to administrators with respect to the investigation processes. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, with a focus in human resources management or a related field and at least four years of generalist experience in HR work, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
