Human resources advisor

Stream-Flo Industries in Edmonton is looking for a human resources advisor who will be responsible for coordinating recruitment and selection activities, including advertising, screening resumes, interviewing, checking references and offers of employment. Th3e advisor will also develop and maintain candidate pipelines, and coordinate orientation and onboarding activities. The Ontario government in the County of Lennox and Addington is looking for a human resources advisor who will act as an advisor and/or coordinator for recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits administration and performance management, among others. The advisor will also advise on collective agreement(s), HR policies and legislation, and lead/participate in developing, delivering and evaluating HR training, plans, programs and initiatives.
