Human resources advisor
The University of Calgary is looking for a human resources advisor who will coordinate the operational and administrative aspects of HR processes within the university’s client groups. The advisor will provide clients with support and advice around the recruitment and selection process, facilitate the performance management process for clients for all employee groups and oversee the compensation processes and practices within the client groups. Candidates must have a university degree in a related field plus a minimum of three to five years of related work experience in a human resources generalist role or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and two to three years of experience working as an HR practitioner in a unionized environment, including oversight of investigations. Human resources business partner
RBC in Toronto is looking for a human resources business partner who will provide direct guidance on all aspects of workforce and change, including talent management, leadership development, employee development and enablement. The partner will also align with business leaders in the creation and execution of overall business strategies; advise senior business leaders on potential HR contributions, solutions, implications and risks of proposed business initiatives; and partner with business leaders in the planning, development and enablement of an agile, adaptable and highly competent workforce. Human resources administrator
Dalhousie University in Halifax is looking for a human resources administrator who will prepare job postings and employment requisitions for vacant positions. The administrator will also provide advice and guidance to hiring committees during all stages of the hiring process, complete candidate screening and reference checks and manage attendance and leave tracking in the absence and overtime reporting function. Candidates must have an undergraduate degree in a related field with about two to three years of experience in human resources and payroll, or an equivalent combination of training and experience, ideally in a post-secondary environment. Human resources manager
Canadian Air Transport Security Authority in Ottawa is looking for a human resources manager who will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of a comprehensive set of HR programs and initiatives. The manager will provide advice and manage the deliverables of their team on a wide range of human resources issues, including employee relations, occupational health and safety and performance management, and perform all other duties and responsibilities related to the position as required. Candidates must be a graduate from a recognized university with a specialization in human resources, business administration, communications or other relevant specialties, at least five years of progressive leadership experience in HR and at least one year of experience leading a multi-functional human resources team.
