The National Research Council Canada in Ontario is looking for a human resources generalist who will optimize organizational performance, shape culture and build employee engagement through leading human resources management practices. Candidates must have recent and significant experience in the delivery of operational or program services in several HR disciplines, and in researching and analyzing strategic and operational HR issues for clients and providing advice/guidance, options and recommendations; experience in supervision or mentoring; and bilingual CBC/CBC certificate. McGill University in Montreal is looking for a human resources manager who will provide leadership and expertise in HR strategy to support the development and implementation of new initiatives in IT services.
