Respondents to a survey on Canada’s leadership capability were asked to identify the three most important challenges facing leaders in a changing business environment.
In order, they listed the challenges as:
1) Increasing speed and flexibility.
2) Building and maintaining a strong top leadership team.
3) Developing and retaining potential leaders.
4) Changing culture.
5) Capitalizing on people’s talent.
6) Defining new business strategy.
