Provides members with library of global reward practices

WorldatWork, an association of HR professionals based in Scottsdale, Ariz., has formed a strategic alliance with Worldwide Compensation in Redwood, Calif., which offers a library of global rewards practices to subscribers online.

The arrangement will provide WorldatWork members with research, information and tools “to create global rewards strategies in harmony with local practices,” said a release.

The library contains information related to social benefits — pension, medical, unemployment, family allowances — for more than 170 countries.

“WorldatWork shares our vision of demystifying global compensation by providing information from many emerging countries like China, India, Brazil, Argentina, Greece, Czech Republic, Russia, Egypt and Saudi Arabia, in addition to European Union Countries,” said John Halloran, chief executive officer of Worldwide Compensation in Redwood, Calif.
